Prayer

During the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus taught us all how to pray by using the Lord’s Prayer. Prayer is the foundation of our spiritual lives. Without prayer, our relationship to God is meaningless. But many of us struggle with prayer. We don’t make time for it, we aren’t sure the proper way to pray, or think that we have to say the right words and have the right posture to pray. We forget that God just wants us to be in dialogue with him, to have a conversation.
