Data Deletion

Pixel Preacher, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and your right to request deletion of personal information associated with your account and use of pixelpreacher.net (the “Site”).

This page explains how to request deletion of your data. Our broader privacy practices, including access and deletion rights, are also described in our Privacy Policy (see Section 5: Your Choices — Access/Deletion requests, and related California resident rights language on that page).

How to request data deletion

To request that we delete personal information we hold about you, email us at:

Please include:

  • The subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • The email address associated with your Pixel Preacher account or purchases
  • Your full name (as used on the account, if applicable)
  • Any other details that help us locate your records (for example, an order number)

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

What we may delete

Depending on your request and our legal obligations, deletion may include personal information such as:

  • Account profile details (name, email, and related account information)
  • Marketing preferences and newsletter subscription data
  • Support communications and related contact records, where feasible
  • Other personal information we collected in connection with your use of the Site, subject to the exceptions below

What we may retain

We may retain certain information when required or permitted by law, including to:

  • Complete transactions or provide products/services you requested before the deletion request
  • Detect security incidents, protect against fraud, or enforce our Terms
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations (for example, purchase and payment records)
  • Resolve disputes or establish legal claims

Account and subscription notes

If you have an active membership or subscription, requesting deletion of your account data may require canceling that subscription first. You can manage subscriptions from your Account → Subscriptions page. Deleting personal data does not automatically refund prior purchases; refunds are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Third-party platforms

If you interacted with Pixel Preacher through a third-party platform (for example, Facebook, Instagram, or other advertising or messaging tools), you may also need to use that platform’s own tools to remove or manage data they control. For platform-specific deletion flows, follow the instructions provided by that service in addition to contacting us at info@pixelpreacher.net.
