To manage your membership, you have two options: you can simply cancel your subscription to prevent future billing, in which case you retain full access to your membership until the end of your current paid term and no refund is issued. Alternatively, if you wish to end your membership immediately and receive some money back, you must contact us to request a refund, at which point we will immediately terminate your access and provide a pro-rated refund for the unused days remaining in your current billing cycle.

With the Limited Monthly plan, you can ease in with a monthly commitment. As a Limited Monthly member, you receive 10 download credits every 30 days from your signup date. Each cart item equals 1 download credit. Download credits do not rollover month to month.

Download credits expire upon cancellation.

Lack the time or resources to edit our sermon series? We can do it for you. 

This is an additional charge to cover labor costs. Simply click on “Request a Retitle” on the series page and complete checkout. Once paid, we will begin the process and work with you directly. We will send you a form to complete with your text changes and deliver a customized series to you within 3-5 days. This fee is $175 for members. $349 for non-members.

Unlimited + Retitle Members do not have a retitle fee.

Retitles does not include adjusting timing, colors, or audio. These may incur additional costs.

We change the text on the main graphic, social media and video. We will also include a Full Screen and Lower Third of 1 name and title. (i.e. John Doe – Lead Pastor) We do not create individual teaching notes for each week.

With the Unlimited + Retitle Subscription, members receive everything included in the other tiers plus Unlimited Retitles. Now you don’t have to have access to these programs or need knowledge on how to make edits. Just send us your changes and we will take care of the rest.

If you pay A La Carte, you will be able to download them after checkout. As members, you can download them directly on the series page. Our sermon notes are ONLY meant to be a kickstart to your own sermon. We are not pastors. We’ve utilized AI to help create these outlines. We recommend you utilize your own biblical knowledge when creating and preaching a sermon. Our outlines are only to provide some thoughts and ideas. AI is not evil and is not here to replace you. It’s strictly a tool to speed up your process.

Yes. If you want to customize our series on your own, you will need access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription. At the very least you need access to Photoshop and After Effects. If you use our Retitle Service, you won’t need these programs.

Nope! Our series use free fonts and most of them are linked to your Adobe account so it’s super easy to sync. There will be a PDF with the font links for you to download. As far as music, ours is licensed and ready to use. You just can’t use it for broadcast on TV. But in services and streaming or online promotion is okay.

Yes! You can post our series that you download and customize online. Use for online promotion, in your services, etc. You just can’t broadcast on live TV.

No. Our series is for churches and to save them time. If you are a designer hired by a church, you aren’t allowed to profit from our work. If the church is a member and wants you to make edits, that’s ok. Companies or Designers, reach out to us if you want a special commercial license. We can make that happen.

No. We ask that you share our services with other churches, but NOT our content. Send them our way and we can get them signed up. You also cannot post our content on your site for others to download. If a graphic or video is embedded in your teaching video, that’s fine. But downloading content that you received from us is prohibited. If you are a multi-campus church, sharing files with those campuses is allowed as well with other ministries, (kids, students, etc.) Sharing with “sister churches” is not allowed.
